Terms and Conditions of Use of Qlistic
"As Is" Software
The software is supplied "as is" and all use is at your own risk. Qlistic disclaims all warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, by any party, regarding the Qlistic software and service, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement of proprietary rights. Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Under no circumstances shall Qlistic be liable to any user for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, arising from or relating to this agreement, the software, or user's use or misuse of the software or any other services provided by Qlistic. Such limitiation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from the use or misuse of the software or any other services supplied by Qlistic (including such damages incurred by third parties), or errors of the software.
Content
The names and contents of your lists (herein as "Your Data") is content provided by you solely at your discretion and your responsibility. You hereby agree that Your Data included in any list complies with all legal requirements of your locality. Under no circumstance shall Qlistic be liable for the contents of any user-authored list.
Privacy Policy of Qlistic
Qlistic does not ask for, nor use any means to collect, any personal information about you. Nothing. Even if you enter an email address to have an access link sent, that address is not stored, analyzed, or distributed in any fashion.
List Access and Server Storage
A Qlistic list is kept in "cloud" on-line data storage and can only be accessed through our service by HTTP/HTTPS request of a URL formatted to include the access identifier of the list (herein as "Access Link"). This authorization policy is known as "anyone with the link", in that anyone who is given or has access to the link to a given list will have full control of the list. There is no other authentication or authorization mechanism in use. The User is solely responsible for controlling the distribution of Access Links. Under no circumstance shall Qlistic be responsible for unintended persons gaining access to, or modifying the contents of, Your Data in any Qlistic list.
Local Storage
We may store Your Data locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches. These mechanisms are used solely to make Your Data available to you when your device does not have an Internet connection.
Cookies
We only use cookies to store the names and Access Links of lists you've visited on your current device. If you clear cookies stored by Qlistic, your dropdown select box of lists will be empty.
Log Information
When you use our service, certain information about individual transactions (such as creating a new list, and adding and editing list items) may automatically be collected and stored in server log files. This may include:
- Details of how you used our service, such as numbers of lists created and items added
- Internet Protocol Address of the nearest proxy or gateway
